Materials Stipend:
$50 (USD) stipend, to be sent via Paypal after you submit photo(s) of your garment sample (if you prefer to opt out of the stipend, please let me know).
Sizing:
US sizes 0-30 (up to 58/48/60" Bust/Waist/Hip (147 / 122 / 152 cm). See size chart and yardage requirements below.

Ella is a sleeveless shift dress with a boat neckline and a center back invisible zip closure. The dress can be cut on the bias for a more fluid, body skimming drape. Or maximize fabric efficiency by cutting on the straight grain, making this simple-to-sew basic your next wardrobe staple. The neckline and armholes are finished with facings.
VERSION A is an above-the-knee length mini dress.
VERSION B is a midi length dress that stops at the mid-calf.
Recommended fabrics:
Woven (non-stretch) light or medium weight fabrics, such as rayon, linen, silk, or satin.
NOTIONS:
(1) 20" (50 cm) invisible zipper
Fusible interfacing (choose appropriate interfacing based on fabric weight)
